Monday was quite a fun day for me. I got to leave the computer at home and head out on a mini adventure on search of some cool locations for engagement shoots. I ended up going to Frensham ponds beach. It’s so funny because I photographed a wedding at Frensham a few years back and Frensham ponds are lovely. I had no idea however that there was a BEACH!!!
I love the variety of the scenery there. With really cool looking trees which would make lovely wide angle photos. Then some lovely grassy reeds that the couple could stand one side, I stand the other to create some romantic photos through the reeds. There are also some nice walk ways and obviously if it’s a super hot day some splashing around in the water would be great fun!
Anyway I am very excited for my first location scout of the year. I might be a little bit in love with this place. I can’t wait to get out again and find some more fun places and hopefully I can share then with you soon!
I love this little quiet area. I thought it was such a nice spot for couples to sit on the branch for come nice cuddled up photos. This is a cool spot at the top of the beach with some mounds to sit on and look out at the beautiful scenery while I take some chilled out photos. Very relaxed! The Rangers office mixes things up a bit. It’s always nice to photograph people with some kind of lines behind them. It helps to draw the viewers eye towards the subject in the finished photo.
