Happy Monday, I hope everyone is enjoying this hot weather. I have been very busy over the passed few weeks, lots of exciting things have been going on. I had a lovely trip down to North Devon to photograph a wedding in Barnstable which was stunning. I always love going to the west country and it’s always nice to catch a glimpse of stone henge on the drive down. It was such a lovely hot day with sunshine and blue skies, perfect for a wedding. I have also been enjoying some gorgeous cycle rides at sunset through the countryside which is very chilled and it’s been lovely to sit out in the evenings when the weather it like that.
I have had a couple of portrait photo shoots , one which I blogged a few weeks ago of baby Lilly and I’m still trying to get over how sweet she is. The second I’m very excited to share soon as the two girlie’s where so much fun to photograph.
Amongst lots of fun work I was very happy to go to a Razzell family party which is always a good laugh. We had a lot of fun looking through old photo albums of us on various camping trip while growing up.
Speaking of growing up, it was my birthday on Saturday and I was lucky enough to be photographing a wedding up in Northumberland. It was my first time to this part of the country and it is such a peaceful and beautiful place. It was nice to have a little trip to the beach for a paddle before heading home via York to have a look around. I was also very lucky to have some cards and presents to open when I got home. I’m so happy to receive Jose Villa’s (one of my favourite photographers…..EVER!!) fine art wedding photography book, I can’t wait to get started on it.
